INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENTRY - Sorry the system is not that easy to follow but if you follow these steps you should be right.
- Click on the link above and click on "I would like to create a new team"
- Complete all the details for the team - team name, category and your details and clikc on "Create"
- You will be sent an email with a link to then go and join the team - you can send this to your team mates so they can enter and pay themselves or you can do it for them.
- Use that link or click on the link above. This time click on "I would lik to search for an existing Team"
- Put in the team name and hit the green arrow.
- It should then list your team. Then you hit the green arrow next to your team name and it should then proceed to where you select adult or junior.
- Carry on with entering the details.
- At the checkout you can then select "enter another person" on the bottom left and this takes you back to the adult or Junior screen and then you enter their details.
- Once you have entered everybody proceed to checkout.
NOTE - This event is for teams of 2 or 4 people. 3 person teams can enter but will be entered into the 4 person category and will not be eligible for merit prizes.
ENTRY FEES
- Junior and senior citizens over 80 years ($65 per person)
- Open $95 per person
- Late entry fee of $10 per person after 5pm 11 October 2011
All entry fees are expressed in New Zealand Dollars
REFUND POLICY - Entries cancelled greater than two weeks before an event will receive a refund less a $10 administration fee. Entries cancelled within two weeks of the event can be used as a credit for another Lactic Turkey event or can be refunded less a $20 administration charge. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of the event day. Refunds will be paid direct into a bank account as nominated by the participant.
