THE FINE PRINT…
Santa suits are mens (trousers) or ladies (dress/skirt), top, hat, belt and beard. You will be asked to choose mens or ladies on entry. Santa suits are collected from registration on event day. Sorry children (12yrs and under) do not receive a santa suit as they are adult “one size suits all”, but instead receive a Santa Hat.
Event cancellation – This event will go ahead in most weather so please dress appropriately to the conditions. If poor weather makes it unsafe to proceed with the event, participants will be notified by email by 12 noon on the day. If the event is cancelled due to extreme weather or other factors outside of the event directors control, entry fees will not be refunded.
REFUND POLICY – As this is a charity event there are no refunds. Entries can be transfered to another person for a $5 charge.
All fees are expressed in NZ Dollars
Online entries close on 4th December 2019 at 10am. After that it is entry at the venue on the night for a higher cost as per the entry fees table.

- Junior 5-12yrs
- Student 13yrs to 18yrs
- Senior Citizens (65yrs plus)
